The EIBFS since inception is engaged in designing and delivering short-term training programs annually that focus on imparting knowledge and promoting skills to banking and financial sector employees. The annual training plan is considered one of the major methods used by EIBFS to execute its objectives, vision and strategic plan in qualifying the competent banking staff and clients, to meet the growing needs of the banking and financial industry on national and international levels. Since the first training program conducted in 1984 till the end of 2007 the EIBFS has organized 2368 Training Programs and trained 39908 individuals out which 18873were UAE nationals
